I forget to avail of input on accounting software (services)purchased in the month of July till sep gstr3 returns,now can i ask for itc in gstr2 july return under head reclaim of itc ,but under which section 37/42/43 etc, nd how to shown 100% itc or aportonment

No more restriction...
You can show the Software purchase in GSTR 2 and Also you ll take ITC....
No more link GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns. So, Don't be worry for taking of ITC...

Is the itc automatically credited to the electronic ledger , or how to know the itc is credited to my account just accepting the invoices in gstr2 and submit ,filled by 31oct ,pl give me a detailed procedure sir
