08 February 2020 A company has given an EPC contract as Basic + taxes extra basis. The work commenced in March 2016 and ends in March 2020. Whether the Company can claim ITC u/s 171 from the contractor? If so, how to work out the quantum?

08 February 2020 Yes such ITC benefits has to be passed on to the company. To work out the Quantum, ITC claimed in GSTR 3b has to be seen.
