02 July 2011 Why ITAT has given the bench named as Bench 'A' b,c,d,e,f,g, etc alphbatecial wise what does this apphabet means.

The decision of the ITAT ‘B’ Bench Tribunal

In short what does this B bench decision means sometimes it has mentioned H or c like that so what is that excalty.

Any rule or section says that the bench naming should be a b c d wise.

What it is actually why a b c d e naming are given.

sir with due respect support the answer judgment or were it has written that (((U HAVE MORE THAN ONE BENCH AT A PLACE WHAT WILL U DO U NAME THEM AS A,B,C,D)))

because ITAT rules has not mentioned any rule that more bench than a,b,c,d, should be given.
