10 May 2012 For the assessement year 2012-13
(client have no heavy vehicle at all in his name)when I upload the xml message is showing
Schema check failed.XML Document has following Error:
Error 1: Line number: 104 , Column number: 40
Message: Invalid content was found starting with element 'ITRForm:TotPersumptiveIncHeavyVehicle'. One of '{"https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/master":PersumptiveIncHeavyVehicle}' is expected.
Please rectify these error and upload again

11 May 2012 It seems you are trying to upload ITR 4S. You have filled income in presumptive income from HEAVY VEHICLES in sheet NOB BP in the return but you have not entered the number of goods carriages owned by the assessee.

Correct this error and then upload the return.

I am trying to upload itr-4s, i put the amount in presumptive basis under the section 44AD not in 44AE.

11 May 2012 Check that the amount against Column E3, E4 and E5 in NOB BP is NIL.

If it does not work. Download the utility again and prepare the return again.
