Last year I not filed my IT return as I was not working last year. Is it complusory to file IT return? It is NIL return.
If yes, how to file both years RETURN A.Y.14-1 & 15-16 online. Please guide.

It is not compulsory to file return if you have no taxable income/source of income.

for ay 14-15 still last date is 31.3.2016 and u can file the same
only if your total income exceeds ths basic slab then u need to file itr

Every person is required to furnish his ITR only if his gross total income (i.e. before claiming deductions) exceeds the maximum amount not chargeable to tax that is Rs.2,00,000 for a/y 2014-15 and Rs.2,50,000 for a/y 2015-16
