You will have to file your Income Tax Return in ITR 4

If my income of salary is 250000/- Rs and Insurance commission is Rs 19000/-then can we file ITR-1 in that case

No. Insurance commission comes under Income from Business/ Profession and hence ITR 4 needs to be filed.
