I had filed my IT return for Assessment Year 2011-2012 on 29/07/2011 in the concerned income tax office. I also obtained the acknowledgement for the same from the Income Tax Office.
The refund amount is Rs 59436.
I didn't receive any communication from income tax department nor did I receive any refund.
The refund status on TIN also shows no information.
Please help me to get this refund.

Contact the concerned AO in person and ask him to process the refund by showing the acknowledgement.
