I have received notice from income tax department response cell on 14.11.2015 to file response electronically within 10 days for Fy 12-13 of my sister who passes away on march 2013.
Request to guide on this..

It may be for non filing of return. Respond to the response as return under preparation and file manual return as legal heir with jurisdictional AO.
