17 June 2013 I am having only Income from Profession for which TDS has been deducted u/s 194J by my client.

In oredr to get refund, I need to file IT return thru e-filing.

Which ITR form should I use?

22 June 2013 Can not I file ITR4S? Because income from consultancy is the only source of income and No books of Accounts are maintained. Pls guide.

22 June 2013 yes, you can but there is a limit of minimum 8 % profit to be shown.
