A PERSON FILES RETURN UNDER SEC.44AD OF GROSS TOTAL INCOME OF RS.350000.00 , BUT HE IS HAVING AMOUNT OF 60 LACS IN HIS SAVING A/C .

If the 60 lacs lying in savings bank ac is an exempted income or tax paid income not a problem. If IT authorities questions source of income you should be able to reply it.
