Issue relating to income tax return filing

22 November 2013 My client has non taxable income. He has filed his return till F.Y. 2009-10 and F.Y. 2011-12 & 2012-13. But he did not file the same for the F.Y. 2010-11.

Can he file the same for the said period..??
