12 June 2010 A psu have different projects at different places in India and having individual TAN no. Is it mandatory to issue multiple Form 16 to an individual employee, from every projects, worked at different projects in same co. in a F.Y. Or it will be possible to issue only one Form 16 from the projects he worked last after getting the salary & TDS deducted position from the intermediate projects.
