Ours is a 100 % subsidiary company of a US Company. Our parent company has lost the share certificate issued to them by us. What is the procedure of issuing duplicate share certificate to the 100 % foreign holding company.

Obtain an Indemnity and Affidavit from the Parent company. Take it on record. Pass a board resolution to get the issue of shares approved.
