24 March 2011 Hey..I have been told that south indians never get a rank in IPCC and Final because ICAI reduces their marks..Is it true???TO whoch state does South Indian papers mostly go for correction?I am also told that people correct as they like..Is it true?Or does ICAI gives each of them suggested answer to consider them while correcting?Pleaseeeee help me..
