will there be any change in the ipcc auditing subject for nov 2014 exam due to change in companies act. if yes then the study material provided by icai will be changed. so from where to study for auditing subject.

you can expect changes in November syllabus...ICAI will come out with a notification and yes, even the revised study material is issued.
