Is Board resolution required for activating the Internet Banking with the Bank for Limited Liability Partnership ( LLP) ?

YES IT IS REQUIRED TO PASS RESOLUTION AT THE MEETING OF PARTNERS OF LLP. HOWEVER CHECK THE LLP AGREEMENT AS WELL FOR ANY SPECIFIC PROVISIONS IF ANY.
