my query is what is the Interest % on ST late payment for proprietory concern ?

Rate of Interest for late payment increased from 13% to 18% w.e.f. 1.4.2011 - As per notification No.15/2011/Service Tax-S.T. dated 01-03-2011.

Interest w.e.f 1/4/2011 is 15% for those having turnover upto Rs.60/- lakhs. For others ,it is 18%.
