Late Payment of Interest charged on late filling of e TDS return need to be deposited under which code in Chalan 281 for TDS deposit?

There is no interest on late filing of return. Interest is only on late deduction or late deposit of TDS. Please draft your query clearly.

I have received Notice cum Intimation under Section 200A, which clearly specifies that due date for filling of TDS return is 15th Jan for 3rd qtr and date of filling the same was on 23rd Jan. Hence Late Payment Interest and not Short Payment or Short Deduction.

No. Interest is only applicable for late deposit or late/short deduction of TDS. For late filing of return only penalty can be imposed.
