i am an accountant and our gst return is file by CA . And we need INPUT TAX CREDIT so what are the documents CA needed from my end while taking the input tax credit .

You need to know the conditions for availing ITC as mentioned in sec 16 of CGST act.
You must have a tax invoice on which GST component is shown separately, and it must mention your GSTIN on it.
