Inheritance tax

I have got my share in the parents property after a legal battle and subsequent settelent with my sister.The consent terms have been filed in the Court. The property is not sold but I have given away my rights in the property to my siblings. Will the amount received be considered as Inheritance? and what are the taxes involved if any?

It will be treated as gift to relatives for which no tax is payable.
