IF THE BOOKING AMT OF THE PROPERTY IS MADE IN 1994 AGREEMENT IS MADE IN 1999, POSSESSION IS RECEIVED IN 2004, AND THE AGREEMENT IS REGISTERED IN 2009. FROM WHICH YEAR CAN A INDEXATION BENEFIT CAN BE CLAIMED ????

The registration is not considered for the purpose of getting indexation. The property is transferred to you and effective possession is taken by you in the year 2004.
Accordingly, the indexation will be given effect from the year 2004 only.
