We have already increase authorised share capital of a private limited company. Now we want to increase paid up capital..Pls provide detail procedure and form to be filled to ROC

YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS
either go with right issue under section 62 & 64 of Companies Act, 2013
or to go with Preferential Allotment. Simple Method is Right Issue and PAS - 3 is filed where Board resolution's Copy and List Of ALLottess is mandatory requirement
