29 August 2011 anyone please tell me whether there will be any problem to incorporate a company by the dsc of a director(promoter) with a single name.I want to inform that DIN and Dsc have been granted with the single name and dsc is also registered with mca

30 August 2011 Are you mean the name of the company or the number of Director....

In case of company name maximum six name can be given in the form for preference but minimum is not mention so it can be.

In case of Pvt company minimum 2 directors are compulsory so with single director it ios not possible.
