What are the forms, which should be filed to get approval as a Nidhi Company under The Companies Act, 2013? and which one the authority Central Government or Registrar to whom these forms should be filed to get approval as Nidhi Company?

According to Rule 5 of Nidhi Rules, Every Nidhi Company within 90 days from the closure of Financial year after its Incorporation shall file Return of Statutory Compliances in Form NDH-1 along with such fee with Registrar duly certified by Practising CS.
Every Nidhi Company within 1 year from the commencement of these Rules shall have at least 200 Members and ratio of Net Owned Funds to deposit is 1: 20.
If Nishi Company is not complyng these Clauses , then it shall within 30 days from closure of Financial year shall apply to RD ( mEMBER OF mca appointed by CG)
