14 May 2013 I filed the belated return on march 2013 for the financial year 2011-12,but at the mean time i filed my return in wrong form in itr 4 instead itr 3.
now whjat i have to do..there is any penalty or not..but my tax and interest there on is totally right..

14 May 2013 As of now, Forms have been notified for filing the income tax return but there is no penal provision for selection of incorrect ITR form.
