Dear sir,
tds deducted by party & also provide ledger for f.y. 12-13 but not issue tds form & also not shown in 26as we claim tds
but department rectify & raised the demad f.y.13-14 with interest how can solve it ?

You have to ask for the party to make tds payment & tds return properly thats the only way...
Otherwise pay tax & raise debit note against that person & take money from that person.
