Respected Sir,
I want to take home loan from bank for this purpose i file ITR 1 AY 10-11 or 11-12 but it can not accepted over dated but bank officer need 3 year income tax return. what can i do? please replies this query.

for both these years u cannot file itr as already time limit to belated return u/s 139 is over.

Now you have chance to file A.Y 2012-13 and A.Y 2013-14 return of incomes only, so file these two years returns and request bank manager to permit to submit statement of total income for A.Y 2011-12 with certification of CA, some are agree to this, so try your level best.
