can i file both return for the A.Y.2010-11 and A.Y. 2011-12 before 31/03/2013.

Assessee can file return U/sec 139(4) upto the end of 2 A.Y. from the end of F.Y. or before the completion of assessments by assessing officer whichever is earlier.You can file return for A.Y. 10-11 upto 31-03-12 & for the A.Y. 11-12 upto 31-03-13.

you can file belated return till one year from end of A.Y. So you can't file reutrn of A.Y. 2010-11 now as last date was 31-3-12.
but you can file 2011-12 till 31-3-13. but consider 271F for penalty.
