23 June 2008 A Director of a Company files his Return of Income regularly with Company Circle for the Remuneration received by him from the Company. If his total Income consist of, Income from Business, whether by way of a}Proprietory Business or b)Remuneraiton from a Partnership Firm where his a partner. In such case, Whether his return should be filed with the Company Circle or with Business ward considering his place of residence. Kindly clarify
