Income tax for zero income company

15 March 2013 I am a business person. We have started a private limited company on Nov 2012 and still now no income generated and there is no bank account opened but we have PAN. Still we are doing office indoor works. We dont have sign board, no commercial power supply ( service applied). Do i need to file income tax

15 March 2013 On or before 30th september, 13 for the FY, 2012

21 April 2014 r/sir you have to file your company income tax every year. and also ROC return every year.

other wise you can recive notice form income tax deptt. for not filing the return . may imposed penalty .

last date for every year is 30.9.20...
