sir i m very confused for the income tax book .please tell me which book is best for concept & practical also for ipcc.....

(assuming that you're an IPCC student)
if you can study in deep and fond of doing lots of practical problems than you can opt for VK Singhania
otherwise TN Manoharan Book is more simple , precise.
I would prefer to do concepts from TN Manoharan, and for practical problems you can do from VKS.
however now a days practical problems in TN Manoharan Book are also increased.
so it depends on you,
