13 September 2017 Dear Sir, I don't have any business & I have received Rs 350000 in my bank account against tds 194c Rs 3500. But I had filled its 1 ay 2017-18 it can be refund / deafective

13 September 2017 You should file ITR3 or ITR4 because in ITR 1 mainly salaried employees are covered

13 September 2017 You don't have any business...! Then, Which way the amount is came to your account...? TDS deducted u/s 194c then what is exact deductions...?

14 September 2017 MY FRIEND WORKS IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HE WAS TRANSFERRED RS 3.50.000/- AND DUDECTED TDS 1% (RS 3500.00)
SO I FIILED ITR 1
I WAS WRONG
WHICH ITR TO BE FILLED ? RIGHT NOW

14 September 2017 go for ITR 3 and show it as incme from business .....
if you want to opt for 44AD, go for ITR 4
