Whether TDS should be deducted on interest paid to NBFCs?
Asset financed through HP then whether tds shd be deducted on interest paid to NBFC.
Whatever is written in the agreement it's clear that the hire purchaser is going 2 be the owner of that asset.......i.e. substance of the transaction... Muthoot finance case
