25A & 25AA- the provison relates to treatment of unrealised rent, the difference is under 25A - if the assessee susquently received the rent the total receive value will be taxable subject to the deduction u/s.23 & 24
Under 25AA- if the assessee received the rent,- the taxable portion will be proportionate to the annual value earlier shown in the year of actual rent
Pre construction interest is the interest up to the date of construction completion, this can be claimed in 5 equal annual instalment
