we,partneship firm, coducting share trading bussines.Own share trading and trading as broker for others.income is capital gain-own share trading & brokerage.how ur compute taxable income- capital gain & business income

Since you are doing share trading business the entire income from share trading and brokerage will be treated as business income and taxed accordingly and not as capital gain.
