INCOME BELLOW 500000 UNDER THE HEAD SALARY

If income under the head salary for the as a.y. 11-12 i.e for f.y 10-11 is less than 500000 than in this case return shall b required to file?

Do we need to see gross income or net income?

08 June 2011 Firstly many many thanks for guiding me.

Then at present what i do whether to file return or i should wait upto last date for filing the return???

And if i need to take a loan than form 16 will be treated as return??

whether bank will accept form 16 as retun???

Plase advise me.....
