MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER AN INCIDENTAL CHARGES CAN BE CHARGEABLE TO OPERATING SAVING BANK A/C OF CUSTOMER ?... IF YES UNDER WHICH SECTION/CIRCULAR/NOTIFICATION.

Incidental Charges are generally levied for in the below scenario.
Where minimum balance is to be maintained has not maintained by the account holder. In such a case incidental charges will be levied by the bank
