Hi..me completed final grI in last attempt, waiting 4 results of grII. This will be my 5th attempt irrespective of attending the exams / other reasons. In interviews can i say "my actual attempts are less than that like '3' considering non-attendance of exams & other reasons like ill-health.
Please clear this uncertainity. could employers have access to information of actual attempts ?

In the interview always tell truth whatever it is . later on if fact come out the employer sometimes take it seriously and even do not hesitate to fire employee.
In the one of the instance, Candidate told having done aritcleship (mostly girls) after joining whenever she get stuck she used to tell she was not regular in articleship and later on she was fired.
Be cautious. tell them whatsover attempts you took.
