Can any body tell me what is the procedure to get IMPORT EXPORT CERTIFICATE FOR SERVICE SECTOR,and if any body have aplication plz provide to me .

It is called IEC. It is alos issued to service exporter. It is issued by DGFT. Go to DGFT web site, www.dgft.nic.in where you will get application form along with relevant instructions.
