Can any one advice what are the impacts of budget 2012 - 13 on excise duty on finished goods for medicines like Oncology products and ARV products basically used for cardiac and AIDS curing.

previously only 9 sectors were elegible for venture capital & pharma sector was one of them, now this finance bill has opened VCs to all sectors,
