26 June 2008 Do we have to consider Amendments made by the Finance Act 2008, I have got a reference book which has also incorporated changes brought by Finance Act 2008, Please reply..?

26 June 2008 any provisions amended upto 30 april,2008 is applicable for nov 08 exam. but the finance bill 2008 was passed on 16 may 2008. so its not applicable but notifications, circular issued upto 30 april are applicable.
