A male aged 47 years, having his mother aged 65 years. Can the male aged 47 years can become the KARTHA of HUF? Is there any restriction to the above procedure? Is there any benifit if we make the mother as KARTHA of HUF?

any one can becum karta by mutually......no such restriction.......since recently amended concept of huf
