I am salaried person.
I am staying in Chandigarh on rent. I have purchased a house in Mohali (Punjab) for investment purpose two months ago. I have taken a home loan 20 lac to purchase this house.
I want to purchase a new flat in delhi now to take home loan from bank.
So My question is
Can I take benefit of HRA and interest on homeloan (both house). Please clear..

As both the houses will be let out you can claim interest on both the houses. As you are staying in Chandigarh you can claim HRA.
