IS THERE ANY CONDITION TO RECEIVE THE DETAIL OF LANDLORD(LIKE PAN NO. , ADDRESS ) IN CASE THE EMPLOYEE SHOWING THE RENT ABOVE RS 3500/- P.M.

The main requirement should be of have a valid rent receipt which contains name and address of the landlord.
Sometimes for a higher amount of monthly rent employers even ask for a rent agreement but i dont think there is any requirement for PAN
