How to open a Private limited Company

26 April 2011 I want to open a Private Limited Company with one lac. I want to know that where I have to submit all documents related to this as I live in Noida and want to start a company in noida (UP) itself, If I will start a company in Delhi then where I have to submit all documents.
I also want to know that how I wll show the paidup capital, Does I need any receipt.

Meantime prepare MoA & AoA & Power of Attorney favouring the Practising Company Secretary to Carry on further procedures of Incorporation.

>> File Form 1 Attaching the Scanned Copy of MoA, AoA, Name Approval Letter ; then Form 18; Finally, File Form 32 along with Consent Letter to act as Directors... Once all these forms are approved, Private Limited Company Comes into Existence.
