How to get refund for tax already deducted

I was working in a Pvt ltd co in FY 14-15. In March, before I submit the medical bills and health insurance premium, HR already deducted tax! Now I want to file return! How to get the refund? Which form to use whilst submitting return? Whether to declare savings bank interest in other incomes?

File itr 1. The refund will get credited to your bank account mentioned in the said form.
Do show the interest on savings bank account. You can claim deduction u/s 80 TTA for the same.
