How to get excess amount of tax paid due to error

Gudevening All. This Is Ramakrishna. Actually Yesterday Night While Iam Paying My Tax Amount It Was Deducted From My Account Twice.So Kindly Let Me Know The Procedure For Getting My Amount Back.Bankers Saying That They Cannot Debit Concern Party Account Without Prior Approval.Pls Help Me In This Regard.
