15 October 2017 can we club minor TDS with parents TDS and file the returns , If not how to claim the minor TDS which is deducted by bank

15 October 2017 Here, clubbing is not possible. Minor has to file IT return and seek refund.if any.

15 October 2017 My Dear Experts, Minor Income not be clubbed when minor has income from manual work or application of skill. But here minor is earning interest income.

15 October 2017 I agree with Ashiwini ji. In my opinion too, Interest on bank deposits, given that bank deposits are transferred from the parents in favor of minor and minor has not earned this income from his individual capacity, should be clubbed with the Income of the parent.
