How to file form ITR-B Detailes manner as per rule 12AE income tax rules,1962 and received Notice under Section 158BC r.w.s 158BD of the Income-tax Act, 1961 we can file if my assess case is not auditable and i am no chartered accountant so we can file earlier reply received not enough for me and this query unable to share in export forum

To file Form ITR-B under Rule 12AE for a Section 158BC/158BD notice, you must calculate the undisclosed income for the entire block period (usually 6 years plus the current year) and pay tax at the special search rate. If your business/profession does not meet the audit turnover threshold, you can file it yourself without a CA via the e-Filing portal using Aadhaar OTP verification. Ensure every item mentioned in the search notice is accounted for in your filing to prevent further litigation.
