How to calculate late filing fees for roc ??

Hello Everyone,
One of my client has not filed annual accounts and annual returns (20B, 23AC, 23ACA) for the last two years (fy 10-11 & fy 11-12). I want to know total filing fees (normal+additional fees).
I click option calculate fees on the MCA website but am confused what to mention in the DATE OF EVENT.
MY Question :
1. Does DATE OF EVENT mean last date/due date of filing ? Please clarify.
Company details:
Private company, authorised and paid up share capital is Rs.100000/-

Filing event date will start from the date on which such document is required to file:
If date of AGM is 24.09.2011 for FY 2010-11.
Then fee will Be Rs. 2000/- for each Form.
Date of event is the date from which due date will start.
Give the id i will send the total chart of fee structure.

The filing fee also depends upon the capital of the company, please refer schedule X to have a detailed knowledge...
